Les Mills Pump: Pump and Burn

Les Mills PUMP Les Mills Pump: Pump and Burn

Today continues my work towards improving myself physically.  My current goal is to end the year at approximately 165 pounds with 5-6% body fat.  I’m just a few pounds over that target weight and my body fat % is hovering around 7-8%.  Barring a mountainous setback from the holidays, I should be able to hit the mark over the next month and a half.  Avoiding the holiday pounds is actually one of the reasons why I set that goal earlier this year.  It’s happened too many times.

This goal ties into my goals for next year which are to show up at the 2013 Beachbody Summit in Las Vegas in the best shape of my life, ridiculously ripped.  I’m going to finish up this custom schedule of Pump, go through the Les Mills Combat program at least once, and then most likely dive into Asylum Volume 2.  That should get my pretty close to the middle of the year after it’s all said and done.  Who knows what new things Beachbody has up its sleeves for next year!
